What would a country wedding be without our cherished four legged companions? Cedarwood’s pet-friendly policy welcomes attendants and guests of all pedigree, as long as they are well behaved and adhere to metro’s leash laws. Your pet must have a ‘dedicated handler’ at all times while attending an event at Cedarwood. This person should be someone who is sensitive to the comfort of both your pet and your guests, and must take the pet into another area or away from the property in the case of disruptive behavior or excessive barking. Your handler must remove all waste from the grounds, and make sure your pet has adequate food, water and exercise while on site. Pets cannot be left unattended unless put into a crate, and then only then for limited, monitored time periods.

So if you can’t bear to exclude furry friends from your wedding day, “almost-human” bridesmaids, groomsmen, ring bearers or flower girls can participate in your nuptials at Cedarwood! We can even deck them out with florals and accessories befitting the occasion.
